# Phase 7B manual test script: HQ dashboard and branch comparison

For the HQ Administrator or HQ Finance, about 15 minutes. The rules are also proved by
`tests/Feature/MisDashboardTest.php`:
- every measure from the books;
- remittances left out of income;
- tiles against last year;
- the 12-month trend;
- comparison, downloads, schedules and access.

**Logins (demo church):**
- **admin@demo.church.test**: with the password you set on 18 Oct;
- **auditor@demo.church.test**: read-only, also sees it.

## A. The dashboard

1. [ ] Open `/directs`: it lands on **HQ dashboard** (before 7B it showed "not found").
2. [ ] Year to date for the whole church. The eight tiles show income, expenditure, surplus, cash and bank, budget
   used, banks reconciled, giving posted on time and remittances paid. The surplus should equal the
   **Consolidation › Income and expenditure** surplus for the same dates.
3. [ ] The **last 12 months** chart: green bars above the line (income), red below (expenditure), and a line for
   the surplus. Hover a bar to see its month and amount.
4. [ ] Change the period to **Last month**, then **Choose dates**. The tiles and table follow.

## B. Ranking

5. [ ] In **Branches**, click **Surplus**: the branches are ranked highest first. Click it again: lowest first.
6. [ ] Click **Remittances paid**. Lekki (which has paid part of its remittance) ranks above branches with
   nothing due.
7. [ ] Colours: the best third on an amount is green and the worst third red; a percentage under 50% is red. Cash
   below nil would be red.
8. [ ] Click a branch name: its page in the branch register opens.

## C. Compare branches

9. [ ] **Compare branches**: tick Grace Assembly and Lekki, choose Income and expenditure, and press
   **Compare**. Each branch has its own column, with a **Total**. A sixth branch cannot be ticked.
10. [ ] Click a figure: that branch's ledger opens for the account.

## D. Downloads, schedules and access

11. [ ] Download the dashboard's branch table as **Excel**. Each branch is a row, with every measure.
12. [ ] **Reports** → **Email reports on a schedule**: "Branch performance" is in the list.
13. [ ] As a branch treasurer, `/directs/dashboard` says "Not found".
